LUM 2.2m Quick-Change Corrugated Line
Goes Live in Vietnam
LUM is pleased to announce the official commissioning of its 2.2m high-speed quick-change corrugated packaging production line. The line is deployed at a leading packaging manufacturer in Vietnam, a factory that mainly supplies custom cartons for food, consumer goods and logistics industries.
This deployment marks the first quick-change corrugated production line to enter full operation in the Vietnamese market. Many local manufacturers previously struggled with outdated corrugated machines that required long downtime for specification switching, severely limiting daily output.
The customer placed the order in December 2025. Following rigorous manufacturing and full-process quality validation, the complete production line was delivered in February 2026. Our professional overseas technical team flew to Vietnam to provide one-stop installation guidance. After smooth on-site installation and commissioning, the line was officially put into full production in March 2026.
This quick-change corrugated packaging production line features a 2.2m effective web width and a rated running speed of 160m/min. It enables fast order changeover and stable, high-efficiency output, well suited to the flexible production needs of the local packaging industry with mixed small and bulk orders.
This project is the first operational quick-change corrugated line in Vietnam. It represents a key milestone in LUM’s expansion across Southeast Asia. It also establishes a benchmark for local packaging enterprises looking to upgrade their production capacity and operational efficiency amid fierce market competition.
