Pressing and Drying

Features:

1. Multi-stage Gradient Pressing: Equipped with multi-stage pressure systems—including wet pressing, semi-wet pressing, and dry pressing—gradient pressing allows moisture to be gently expelled from the inside out, preventing warping at the seams.

2. Offset Double-Sided Heating: The upper and lower drying sections are arranged in an offset configuration, ensuring that the cardboard is heated and pressed alternately on both sides for uniform drying, thereby enhancing flatness and gloss.

3. Precise Temperature and Pressure Control: The calender is steam-heated with an adjustable temperature range of 90–120°C; hydraulic/pneumatic pressure regulation ensures the flatness of the hot press plate is ≤0.06 mm, guaranteeing consistent pressure distribution.

4. Integrated Calendering: The end-of-line calendering unit finishes the finished cardboard by compacting the fiber structure and enhancing surface smoothness and gloss.

5. Multi-roll Segmented Temperature Control: The shaping section employs multi-roll continuous rollers with segmented temperature and pressure control, reducing thickness variations and eliminating the “false drying” phenomenon.
