LUM-A/B/C corrugated board production line is a process of corrugating, gluing, drying, cooling and shaping, slitting and creasing, cross-cutting into standard board, and finally conveying and stacking to produce qualified board products, realizing high-speed and efficient assembly line operation. The company produces high-, medium- and low-grade 3, 5, and 7-layer corrugated board production lines with production widths ranging from 1400 to 2800mm and production speeds ranging from 60m to 250m/min, which can be selected by users according to their needs.
Main characteristics:
- The material is made of high-quality chromium-molybdenum alloy steel or tungsten carbide.
- The corrugated shape is the internationally accepted UV type, carefully designed, with low paper shrinkage, and the pressed paperboard is of good quality and high strength.
- Using imported precision machine tools, advanced forming grinding and computer indexing technology, the flute size accuracy meets national standards.
