LUM-A/B/C corrugated board production line is a process of corrugating, gluing, drying, cooling and shaping, slitting and creasing, cross-cutting into standard board, and finally conveying and stacking to produce qualified board products, realizing high-speed and efficient assembly line operation. The company produces high-, medium- and low-grade 3, 5, and 7-layer corrugated board production lines with production widths ranging from 1400 to 2800mm and production speeds ranging from 60m to 250m/min, which can be selected by users according to their needs.

  1. The material is made of high-quality chromium-molybdenum alloy steel or tungsten carbide.
  2. The corrugated shape is the internationally accepted UV type, carefully designed, with low paper shrinkage, and the pressed paperboard is of good quality and high strength.
  3. Using imported precision machine tools, advanced forming grinding and computer indexing technology, the flute size accuracy meets national standards.

9 Heating section adopt intensive pressure roller structure or touch press plate structure,to enhance cardboard stick firmly and platen board quality.
10 Heating section roller adopt electric or hydraulic to lift whole frame,safe and reliable.
11 Hot plate temperature control separately,adjustment is according to the line speed.(Or use temperature * Digital display for option.)
12 Separate gear box drive,low noise,using oil immersion sealed gear;(Electromagnetic speed motor or inverter motor drive is optional.)
