LUM-A Fingerless type single facer

  2. The diameter of the corrugated roller is 280/270mm, made of 48CrMo high-quality alloy steel, tempered, quenched, and surface polished, with a surface hardness of HRC60 degrees or more, and the corrugated roller uses a cylinder to control the up and down displacement.
  3. The diameter of the pressure roller is 280/270mm, and it is made of 45# medium carbon steel. The surface is ground and chrome-plated, and the cylinder controls the up and down displacement.
  4. The diameter of the glue roller is 215mm, pneumatically controlled glue feeding and de-glueing, the surface is polished and engraved with pit-type mesh, hard chrome-plated, and the surface of the glue roller is ground and hard chrome-plated.
  5. Electronic components and accessories: Schneider and Delixi brands are selected;

LUM-B Fingerless type single facer

  1. The corrugating roller has a diameter of 320 mm and is made of 52 CrMo alloy steel. After modulation and quenching, the surface is polished and the surface hardness is HRC60. The corrugating roller uses a cylinder to control the up and down displacement.
  2. Gimble joint transmission, split structure, independent drive box, enclosed gear transmission, oil-immersed lubrication.
  3. The pressure roller diameter 320mm and is made of No. 45 medium carbon steel, with surface grinding and chrome plating. The cylinder controls the up and down displacement.
  4. The vacuum adsorption paper guide is equipped with a high-pressure and powerful blower, an air volume adjustment device, and an air suction silencer device.
  5. Using an electric slurry separation device, the paste part can still operate independently when the main machine is stopped to prevent the paste from drying up.
  6. It adopts electric digital display to adjust the amount of glue, which is convenient for operation. It is equipped with a facial paper preheater and a core paper conditioning and air jet humidification device. PLC touch screen is optional.

LUM-C Fingerless type single facer modular type

  1. The diameter of the corrugating roller is 380mm. It is made of 52CrMo high-quality alloy steel. It has been tempered, quenched and surface polished. The surface hardness is HRC60 or above. The corrugating roller uses a cylinder to control the up and down displacement.
  2. Universal joint transmission, split structure independent drive box, enclosed gear transmission oil-immersed lubrication.
  3. The rubber coating roller and fixed rubber roller are designed to slide in sets of guide rails, making disassembly and assembly easy and fast; the upper and lower corrugated roller seats are designed to be separated from the whole machine and can be hoisted and replaced as a whole, making it easy to change the corrugated type.
  4. It adopts vacuum adsorption paper guide, equipped with high-pressure and powerful blower, and equipped with air volume adjustment device and air suction silencer device.
  5. Using an electric slurry separation device, the paste part can still operate independently when the main machine is stopped to prevent the paste from drying up.
  6. The amount of glue is electrically adjusted with a digital display for easy operation. (Equipped with facial paper preheater and core paper conditioning jet humidification device, PLC touch screen is optional.

LUM-D Cassette type single facer (Quick change roller)

  1. The negative pressure design allows the core paper to be evenly pressed and attached to the surface of the corrugated roller, and glue is evenly applied to make the single-sided corrugated paper fit better.
  2. The roller can be quickly changed in 15 minutes. When changing the corrugated roller, it is dragged by an electric trolley, sent into the machine, and fixed to the machine base.
  3. The corrugated roller, pressure roller, etc. adopt a highly stable airbag control system.
  4. The electric pulp separation device is adopted, and the paste coating part can still operate independently when the main machine stops to prevent the paste from drying up.
  5. Simple operation control system, PLC touch screen operation interface, with graphic display of operation status, easy to operate.
  6. Built-in pre-adjuster with spray system to adjust the temperature and moisture of the core paper.
