Unlike traditional corrugated board production, the 4 Ply Face-to-Face structure requires precise glue application on two flute tip surfaces.

The adhesive process must achieve:

  • Strong bonding between two corrugated layers
  • Stable bonding between corrugated medium and liner paper

The layout and position of two glue application systems became another important technical challenge.

Our solution was to install two glue rollers in optimized positions on both sides of the production line, achieving accurate glue application and reliable bonding quality.
